Message Fuel: use yahoo or google to figure how long of a drive for you. Double that (gotta get home), Add a few miles for in town activities. Divide by your car's mpg. Mulitply by the cost of fuel for your route.

Hotel: once the host hotel is announced, a daily rate will be published. Multiply that rate by the number of nights you plan on staying. Divide by the number of people you have staying in the room.
This year the rooms were $99/night.

If you drive is longer than 1 day, add hotel costs. You can stay cheap with motel 6, or go baller with Hilton.

ZCON: There is registration, and activities. Once the host club posts the fees, pick and choose those you would like to attend.

Here is a link to the host's club from this year: [ http://www.zcluboftexas.org/ ]
If you click the "Texas Z Roundup" logo, you get info on this year. Click "Registration Form", then click "Registration Form - download version", there are all the costs.

TT.net: TT.net will announce their activities, with a cost. Pick which you want to do.
This year there was just dinner, and it was $55.

Food/booze/knick knacks: You figure out how much you spend when "out on the town".

Add all those together.

ummmmm..can we just post about cars? (n/m) - College Boy 08:55:03 04/28/05
